如果以不當動作引起既傷患,請不要怪罪於大重量訓練上,更不要訛稱自己玩健力或說服他人不要接觸更重的重量。
只要技巧正確,重量循序漸進地慢慢加,確保動作正確先加重,咁就萬無一失啦!
